Home Health Aide
Certified aides provide personalized home care as well as assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, movements, ambulating, exercises, and meal preparations and medication reminders. The aides also provide clients valuable socialization, companionship, and encouragement.

The Home Health Aide is a para professional employee trained to provide personal care and related services, functioning under the direction of the branch administrator and supervision and instruction of tor field supervisor.

Tasks include:

Assisting with personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, walking and feeding the client.

Medication reminders
-
Basic meal preparation
-
Helping to monitor the patient’s overall health and well being
Personal Care Aide
Our aides provide services at home, nursing facilities or hospitals and/or provide temporary relief to primary caregivers. Their duties include assisting with grooming, routine maintenance and care of external catheters, dressing/undressing, assisting with walking and changing position, toilet needs and feeding.

All Personal Care Aides are supervised by a registered nurse who guides activities through an individualized plan of care, developed to meet the patient's and family's needs. Our Personal Care Aides help clients to remain at or return home from nursing facility or hospital and/or provide temporary relief to primary caregivers.
